Guest guest Posted July 23, 2007 Report Share Posted July 23, 2007 Curried Sweet Tempeh 2 tbsps. prepared mustard 3 tbsps. honey 1 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. salt 8 ozs. tempeh, cut in thin slices 1 small can peach slices, drained To make sauce, mix mustard, honey, curry and salt in a bowl. Dip tempeh in sauce to coat well and put in oiled baking dish. Bake at 75 degrees for 25 minutes. During baking turn and cover tempeh with extra sauce twice. Serve the curried sweet tempeh over rice. Top with peach slices.
