Guest guest Posted July 20, 2007 Report Share Posted July 20, 2007 Christmas pudding ice cream Serves 4 Preparation time less than 30 mins Cooking time no cooking required Ingredients 1 tub vegan vanilla ice cream 75g/3oz raisins soaked for a few hours in rum or brandy 50g/2oz oats gently toasted under the grill 25g/1oz sugar any combination of chopped nuts and fruit such as walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, cashews, dates, mixed peel Method 1. Mix the tub of vegan vanilla ice cream with the brandy or rum soaked raisins, oats, sugar, and remaining chopped nuts and fruit. 2. The rum and brandy give a lovely rich colour, the oats a nice bite. 3. Serve with flambéed rum or brandy, rum sauce. Be a better Heartthrob. Get better relationship answers from someone who knows.
