Guest guest Posted July 20, 2007 Report Share Posted July 20, 2007 Fresh mango sorbet Serves 4 Preparation time 1-2 hours Cooking time no cooking required Ingredients 3 fresh mangos, peeled, stones removed 250g/8¾oz icing sugar, sifted 2 lemons, juice only Method 1. Roughly chop the mango flesh and place into a food processor with the icing sugar and lemon juice. Blend to a purée. 2.
