Here is Ariosto's website: www.ariosto.it you can look up their map and find the distributor in your part of the world. You can get a herb mix for pasta, beef, fish, maybe more so make sure you get the one for pasta. A tsp is a teaspoon here (Oz) ... around half a tablespoon.
