Sauerkraut Relish

1 large can of sauerkraut

1/2 cup celery, chopped fine

1/2 cup red onion, chopped fine

1 bottle (10-12 oz) chili sauce

A little sugar to taste...you may not need it

A little seasoned salt...if you like it

 

 

 

Mix the ingredients together, omitting the salt and

sugar.

 

Put in a Tupperware-like container and chill

overnight.

 

The next day add sugar and salt to taste. Some people

don't add any.

 

Let it sit for an hour. If it's hot, put it back in

the fridge.

 

Serve over antything grilled.

Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
