Guest guest Posted July 19, 2007 Report Share Posted July 19, 2007 Hot Cheese Bites Quick and easy appetizer. 48 bites 15 min 10 min prep 1/4 cup butter, softened 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup flour 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill mixture for 2 hours. Roll into small balls. Place balls on a cookie sheet and flatten slightly. (the bottom of a glass works well for this). Bake at 400 for 5 minutes.
