I'm open to some suggestions folks. I got my cholesterol and triglycerides

test results last Monday and well, I'm pretty much a walking heart attack.

I can't take any statin drugs for the cholesterol because I had that

rhabdomyalisis or however it's spelled (the muscle weakness) last time. So

I'm now on a low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium, low sugar diet. Watching

the sugar and sodium, I'm having a hard time reaching 1000 calories a day -

I may actually reach that today. Most days I'm averaging about 700 max.

because everything just tastes so awful without the salt or sugar. Also, I

have no thyroid so I have to wait an hour after I get up in the mornings

before I can eat anything at all. I'm open to suggestions of tasty things

to eat!
