Guest guest Posted July 16, 2007 Report Share Posted July 16, 2007 Extremely adapted to become animal friendly 28 oz. frozen shoestring potato fries 2 T olive oil 1 package of T.V.P 1/2 teaspoon seasoning (chicken) 1 onion fine chopped 2 minced garlic cloves 1 15 ounce can of cannellini bean (drained and rinsed) 3/4 cup veggie broth 1 cup store bought salsa (tomatillo) 2 scallions chopped 1. Preheat the oven to 425 and bake fries according to package. 2. Heat the EVOO in the skillet add the onions, garlic, T.V.P and chicken seasoning. Cook until tender then add the beans, veggie broth and salsa and allow to simmer until the liquid is absorbed into a chili consistency. 3. Remove from heat and add scallions. 4.
