Guest guest
I use milk as I'm not vegan but I'm sure you could substitute it. Ingredients for Blueberry French Toast Recipe: * 6 eggs, beaten * 1/2 cup milk * 1/2 cup cream cheese * 3/4 cup blueberries * 1 teaspoon vanilla * 1 teaspoon cinnamon Instructions : 1. In a blender, beat together the milk, cream cheese, and blueberries until smooth. Set aside. 2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. 3. Add the blueberry mixture. 4. Dip the bread in the batter, and fry in a pan or griddle until slightly browned. This serves about 11 to 12 pieces. http://recipes.lovetoknow.com/wiki/Blueberry_French_Toast_Recipe Emily
Guest guest
To be a vegan recipe, you would also have to substitute the eggs and cream cheese. -Erin http://www.zenpawn.com/vegblog/vegan-done-light.html , Emily Scherer <erandolp wrote: > > I use milk as I'm not vegan but I'm sure you could substitute it. > > Ingredients for Blueberry French Toast Recipe: > * 6 eggs, beaten > * 1/2 cup milk > * 1/2 cup cream cheese > * 3/4 cup blueberries > * 1 teaspoon vanilla > * 1 teaspoon cinnamon > > Instructions : > 1. Guest guest
Guess that's a recipe you'll have to pass up unless you can figure a way to alter it.
