Guest guest
Some people pay 5-7 dollars for one of these packages from those home party food companies. They are easy to make at home and cheap! Beer Batter Bread • 3 cups self-rising flour (bisquick) • 1/4 cup granulated sugar • 12 oz beer room temp Preheat oven to 350 degrees and thoroughly grease the inside (bottom all four sides) of a single loaf pan. Pour a 12 oz bottle of beer into the mix in a bowl and stir. You can stir in cheese, onion, peppers, sun dried tomatoes, or anything you like at this point. Pour into a loaf pan. Bake for approximately 30 min , or until the loaf is golden brown and emits a hollow sound when tapped. Cool on a wire rack, and store in an airtight container. May freeze for up to 90 days. Slice to serve. Never tried to give this in a beer bottle..wonder if it will fit?
