Judy fava beans

You didn't like them because they were bitter, right?

They have the pod and then a skin on the bean, you

have to peel them twice. I did that too the first

time. They are very tasty, try them again and you

will see.

Thanks. I'm glad to be back. I've missed it here and it was good to get back

home.

 

This info is good to know. It was quite a while back, but I don't remember

removing a second skin, so that may have been while I didn't care for them. I

appreciate the info. Next time I am somewhere they carry them, I will try them

again.
