Guest guest Posted July 12, 2007 Report Share Posted July 12, 2007 Thanks for the coconut tips, I had a " young " one that is white (already peeled or something?) so I couldn't tell where the eyes were and the meat wasn't really shreddable, but rather that soft texture,that had to be dug out with a spoon. the guy at the store claimed his friend who eats raw, has one every day for breakfast! I can't imagine using a machete or drill that early in the morning for breakfast : ) , " Nicole W.
