Guest guest Posted July 11, 2007 Report Share Posted July 11, 2007 Cabbage Noodles 1 head cabbage slice thin onions enough to cover the bottom of large skillet olive oil salt & pepper put thin layer of olive oil in fry pan dice onions put in pan there should be enough to cover entire bottom of pan. start heat low then gradually turn it up. I know this sounds crazy, but let the onions burn a little bit. Once the onions are burned around the edges add the sliced cabbage, sprinkle with salt, as soon as the cabbage is heated up a little add a little water. Cover and simmer till cabbage is done then add pepper to taste. Serve over egg noodles and add a little spoon of yogurt.
