Guest guest Posted July 9, 2007 Report Share Posted July 9, 2007 Mushroom Orzo 2 quart water 1 1/4 cups orzo pasta, uncooked 1 garlic clove, pressed 1 cup mushrooms, chopped 2 scallions, chopped 1 tbsp. olive oil 1/4 tsp. black pepper Bring water to a boil in a pan. Stir in the orzo, cook until al dente. This should take about 7 minutes. Drain and set aside. Saute the garlic, mushrooms and scallions in the oil in a skillet until soft, about 3 minutes.
