Guest guest
Rose Hip Jam 1 quart of dried rose-hips and 1 quart or more of water and cook until tender. Add four apples, peel and all, and cook in very little water until tender. Rub through a sieve, making an puree. Combine rose hip-puree and apple-puree with two cups organic sugar (or to taste) and one-third cup of lemon juice. Boil fifteen minutes after reaching the rolling boiling stage. I can only describe this as having a richer and more earthy taste than strawberry jam. Delicious! GB
Guest guest
I meant cups instead of pounds. Here is the correct version.
