I have read this 3 times to laugh. You and I could go

through a box of bandaids. I have never ever cut

myself on a knife and I use a wicked Santoku knife to

peel garlic. Nut give me the potato peeler,

microplane zester, mandoline blade or the food

processor and I will hurt myself........

Donna,

Like I said, Donna, don't stir the hummus too vigorously. Not only do

you need to conserve energy, but -- at least at my age -- if you stir

too vigorously you run the risk of tearing muscles and tendons.

Can't get any easier than that. Maybe we should use

the hand held blender,....LOL
