Guest guest Posted July 7, 2007 Report Share Posted July 7, 2007 Grilled Pineapple Salsa 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, medium dice 1/4 cup sliced red onion 1/2 to 1 jalapeno, minced 1 1/2 teaspoons cilantro, chopped 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1 lime, juiced salt and pepper to taste Use 1/3 of a whole fresh pineapple.
