I just bought some (3 bean and 3 grain kind) and want to make something really good so my family loves it. We are not total vegetarians, but we do eat vegetarian about 4-5 times a week and I want to try many new things. My kids love tofu now and use it on their own when they use the vitamix, so I want to introduce something new to them. I want to make them love vegetarian foods, so I was hoping you would have something that would wow them and make them not turn their noses up at Tempeh next time they see it in front of them.
