Guest guest
Do you have any link on the dangers? I'm always careful and up any leftovers of any sort the next day. I have never heard of anyone having a problem with reheating tofu. Many of us freeze and thaw for a chewy texture. I've always felt it was safe to cook tofu and reheat. Thanks for any info you have on it.
