This is a salad I made up after eating something

simular at a catered event.

 

I am really hooked on this flavor!

Black Bean And Corn Salad

2 Cans Canned Black Beans -- rinsed

and drained

16 Ounces Frozen Corn Kernels -- thawed

1/2 Medium Red Onion -- finely chopped,

or to taste

1 Large Tomato -- finely chopped

1/2 Cup Dill Pickle Relish

 

Mix all together.

Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
