Mel * Exported from MasterCook * Black Bean And Corn Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Fiber Grams:3 WW Point:1 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 Cans Canned Black Beans -- rinsed and drained 16 Ounces Frozen Corn Kernels -- thawed 1/2 Medium Red Onion -- finely chopped, or to taste 1 Large Tomato -- finely chopped 1/2 Cup Dill Pickle Relish Mix all together. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Yield: " 10 Cups " - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Per serving: 71 Calories (kcal); 1g Total Fat; (7% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 15g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 272mg Sodium Food Exchanges: 1 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 0 Vegetable; 0 Fruit; 0 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates NOTES : Chill at least 4 hours for flavors to blend.
