Guest guest Posted July 5, 2007 Report Share Posted July 5, 2007 Tomatillo and Red Pepper Salsa 4 medium tomatillos, cooked, peeled 4 medium red bell peppers, seeded 1 small jalapeno pepper or a hotter variety 1/4 cup minced, fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon herb vinegar Place everything in a blender or food processor and process til almost smooth, but leave it a little chunky is you wish.
