Guest guest
I finally got some zucchini and was going to do Karla's salad w/dressing, but AJ's dressing turned up this morning and since the only herbs I grow are basil, chives, parsley, & mint, I had to do it. I marinated the veggies for 6 hours. And boy, both the salad combo AND the dressing are great! Normally I wouldn't have paired the mint with chives and basil, but it worked very well. Thanks, guys! Stir in the herbs. Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking constantly, until the vinaigrette is emulsified. > Makes 2 cups.
