Guest guest Posted July 2, 2007 Report Share Posted July 2, 2007 Ingredients 100ml/3½fl oz white wine ½ lemon, juice only 2 tbsp caster sugar 110g/4oz grapes 85g/3oz mascarpone 1 tbsp lemon curd ½ lemon, zest only sprig of fresh mint, to garnish Method 1. Heat the wine, lemon juice and sugar in a small frying pan over a high heat. When boiling, reduce to simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken. 2. Add the grapes and simmer for three minutes. Remove from heat and pour into a shallow bowl. 3. In a clean bowl, beat the mascarpone, until soft, then fold through the lemon curd and zest. 4.
