Guest guest Posted July 2, 2007 Report Share Posted July 2, 2007 Ingredients 30g/1oz unsalted butter 110g/4oz small carrots 2 tbsp coriander seeds 290ml/10fl oz white wine 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed Method 1. Gently melt the butter in a pan and add the carrots, coriander seeds, white wine and garlic. 2. Cover the pan with baking parchment and heat gently for approximately 10-12 minutes to infuse (or until the carrots are softened). 3. Remove from the heat and strain, reserving the liquid. Serve the carrots on a serving dish with the strained liquid poured over. Serve. Park yourself in front of a world of choices in alternative vehicles. Visit the Auto Green Center.
