I cook quite a bit with flowers but I have not dried

hibiscus. See if this type mentioned in the link is

the same type growing in your yard.

I get a huge bag of dried at the latin mercado for a

dollar. I do dry my lavender and I eat roses fresh

from the pot, and I dry other things like herbs, etc.
