Yeaton Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Main Dish Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 stick Earth Balance Buttery Sticks 1 large Onion -- diced 1 large Green Pepper -- diced 1 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix (blue Bag) 1 can Veggie Burger (or 1 Bag Morning Star Farms Griller Crumbles) 1 cup Vegan Cheddar Cheese -- shredded 1/2 cup Applesauce 1/3 cup Gluten Flour 1/2 tsp Sage 1/2 tsp Garlic 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp Ketchup Preheat oven to 350°. Saute onion and green pepper in Earth Balance Buttery Stick. Add stuffing mix to absorb the Earth Balance Buttery Stick. Set aside brown sugar and ketchup. Mix remaining ingredients, then add to skillet with onion and green pepper. Spray baking dish with Pam. Spread a thin layer of ketchup on bottom of pan then sprinkle with brown sugar. Spread loaf mixture evenly over ketchup and brown sugar. Bake for 1 hour. Invert loaf before serving.
