Christie, this is how we make is here in my area. I

have never tasted it with almonds. It can be very

sweet so adjust to taste.

I prefer it with no sugar, I add to my cold cereal or

oatmeal and I add some raw sugar then.

Yiu have Whole Foods? Has it been there long?

That's great news, is the store large?

No sadly we don't have that store, Donna - it sounds great. This is a

whole food shop called Real Foods, smallish, fairly well stocked but

quite pricey (as are most things here, to be fair). I will try the

horchata without sugar - I don't like it too sweet. Thank you for the

recipe.
