Guest guest
Today I dumped dairy, and replaced it in my breakfast with banana, avocado, lemon juice and sesame seeds. Have you dumped dairy yet? If so please share your replacements PS Some of us can't eat soy so be creative! JudyMac http://veganspirit.blogspot.com/
Guest guest
I like rice milk. I use it the way one would use regular cow's milk. I really like it in my steel cut oats, faux mac'n'cheese, etc. The soy milk is too thick, and in my opinion, isn't great for cooking. However, I do like it for making milkshakes with soy ice cream. Guest guest
Hi Judy I use rice milk, oat milk or almond milk in place of dairy milk. Or if you go to Spain, horchata is magic - it's made from tiger nuts (chufas) and flavoured with cinnamon. I used to be able to get it here in Edinburgh but it seems to have vanished over the last few months :-( Or on muesli I use fruit smoothie such as Innocent mango and passionfruit (recipe should be in the files) or even orange juice. There are loads of lovely alternatives to dairy milk with no need to resort to soya milk at all. Guest guest
Not a dairy alternative really but I used to use apple juice on my corn flakes or oat meal(with a little cinnamon) as a kid. Tasted like an apple pie, sort a...
