Guest guest Posted June 29, 2007 Report Share Posted June 29, 2007 I have never tried browning any rice other than long grain white rice but it gives the rice a nutty flavor. When boiled it is not sticky. I use my iron skillet, dry (no oil) on medium heat and stirring constantly until the rice is a golden brown. Careful not to blacken.
