I saute one cup of it with olive oil, garlic, sliced muchrooms, onions and some herbs. Then I transfer it to the rice cooker with 2 1/3 cups water and push start. I never thought to saute some rice with olive oil and loverllies like garlic mushrooms, etc. and THEN finish cooking it. -- GREAT IDEA! Thanks.
