Closest to the source and as natural as possible... not processed! Finding a healthy lifestyle of eating that works for YOU is what's most important! So much to think about when it comes to eating.... think healthy! Don't think of dieting... think of eating healthy to nurish your bodies. It's really very simple... but, here's the catch... it takes time to create and prepare healthy, nutritious meals and, let's face it, most people are too full of excuses as to why they don't take the time to eat healthily! Well... guess what... when you're dead you'll have plenty of time to think about why you didn't take the time to eat the kinds of foods and portions you know you should! Only you can know what truly works for you in regards to feeling healthy and as we know, in order to feel healthy we must eat healthy!
