I never found myself as being fond of the Foreman grill although the rest of my

family swears by them. Not ever cooked with a pressure cooker and will admit to

being intimidated by them since I grew up with horror stories about them

although I'm sure they are much better now. My " cool cooking " appliances are

the crockpot, microwave and the toaster oven since it doesn't heat up the

kitchen much. That's when I want a " baked " item instead of the other two. I

live in an efficiency apartment which is upstairs a house. That translates into

the kitchen heating up to 116 degrees farenheit in the summertime. It also

means i don't have a porch or lawn or anything to do actual grilling out. I

have a small portable grill though when I get enough time to go and get it out

of storage unit. My aim is to try and cook a bit more healthy (a little bit at

a time) this summer.

When I was at the grocery store I noticed eggs which said: Organic, free

range, and also ones which had omega 3 (and something else) in them. Can

anybody enlighten me on the differences?
