Hi Katie M,

 

Maybe someone already mentioned this (I just read about 15 Digests at

once & may have missed it in my zeal) but I think you mean water

chestnuts, don't you? This recipe calls for watercress which is a

green leafy veg.

 

I've never tried watercress but now I think I'll buy some!
