HI! I'm Marion, I'm from Western Australia and changing to a

vegetarian diet, partially because meat has become very expensive here

in Australia - I am on a low income; and also because I care about

animals too much to eat them. I look forward to learning lots from

this group and getting some good recipes too. I plan on trying the

Lentil and Rice one pot supper as soon as I've been shopping for

lentils on Wednesday. But first a question....what do you mean by

a " package vegetable broth " ? Is that a cube or actual liquid stock

and how much? Thanks! Being from another country sometimes

ingredients are different as are amounts in packages or cans. Till
