Guest guest Posted June 24, 2007 Report Share Posted June 24, 2007 I get up really early most of the time before 5 AM...I have a cup of hot green tea and then go for a walk. When I return I have a tall glass of fresh lemonade (juice of one lemon, 2 tab.organic cane sugar and water). This is my big meal of the day(apx.8 AM) so I usually have a home made veggie-grain burger,with Romaine lettuce,tomato and soy cheese, on whole wheat bread or in a wrap.
