Guest guest Posted June 24, 2007 Report Share Posted June 24, 2007 Lemon Rosemary Green Beans Ingredients 2 lb. green beans, snipped and cut into 1-inch pieces 3 Tbs. butter 1 tsp. grated lemon zest 1 Tbs. fresh rosemary, minced or 1 tsp. dried salt and pepper to season Directions Boil the beans in salted water for 5 minutes, or until just tender. While the beans are cooking, melt the butter over low heat with the rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Keep this warm. When the beans are done, drain and transfer them to a serving bowl. Pour the butter mixture over the beans and toss. Serve warm.
