Guest guest Posted June 24, 2007 Report Share Posted June 24, 2007 Herbed Hummus With Pistachios 2 cups hummus 1/2 cup watercress, finely chopped 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped 1/2 cup pistachios Garnish; olive oil pistachio nuts pita wedges Place hummus in a bowl and fold in watercress and cilantro. Taste to correct seasonings. Cover and chill in the refrigerator. Before serving, add chopped pistachios, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with additional nuts. Serve with pita wedges.
