May I ask where you are finding these? I have checked all of our local

markets and they have nothing, but nothing like this. They sound wonderful and

interesting.

For a time, I was only able to get the multi-colored carrots

at something of a permanent farmers market-type store in my

area, but lately, I have even seen them in the grocery.

 

We have a chain here called Hannaford. They put them

a couple shelves above the regular and organic carrots.
