Lavender Gayle how to use.

My plant is just starting to flower.

Do you do anything with the leaves?

That is funny you think the lavender oil smells like an old barber shop.

It's really fun to cook with. You can toss a good tsp

or two into any sugar cookie recipe. make sure the

flowers are dried out and then crush them and toss

into vinegar salad dressings, waffles, stir into

softened butter for a spread, add to a tea ball and

make lavender flavored green tea with lemon, add to

quick bread. I have added lavender to biscuits also.

I love the taste and scent as it's baking. I do not

like lavender oil on me though.LOL Smells like an old

barber shop..LOL
