When my daughter bought the herbs for me for mothers day this was one I

picked as I thought it would be fun to have something different, then realized I

had no idea what to do with them.

Gayle I have posted quite a few lavender recipes. Go

to the search box and put in lavender. I have bread

abnd cookies recipes in the files. Take your lavender

and when you clip it, hang it upside down until it

dries out. The flowers are what you will use. You

need to crush them up with the mortar and pestle and

toss in recipes. The crushed flowers are great in

vinegar salad dressings also. You can make lavender

and lemon tea this summer.
