Guest guest Posted June 20, 2007 Report Share Posted June 20, 2007 Crockpot Harvard Beets 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons flour 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup white vinegar 2 16 oz. cans whole beets, drained Mix sugar and flour and stir in the water and vinegar. Place beets in crockpot, pour the vinegar-sugar mixture over them and stir to coat. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Be smarter than spam.
