Guest guest Posted June 18, 2007 Report Share Posted June 18, 2007 Now that fruit is 40% of my intake I'm buying a few new things to try - any thoughts on these with regard to preparation or paring would be most appreciated: Tamarillo - Red...interesting but it didn't seem to yield it's worth in edible parts....I paid $7.98 for two! Kiwano Horned fruit - pretty tasty but a lot of work to get those seeds out. Black Apricots - didn't seem to have a lot of flavor.... Prickly pear cactus fruit - I haven't tried this one yet...
