Vegetarian Stroganoff Ingredients: 1 package silken tofu 1 ½ cups soy yogurt 1 – 1 ½ cups water 2 packages Hain Vegetarian Brown Gravy Mix Spices to taste: Curry Cumin Sesame Seeds Minced Onion Garlic Peppercorns 1 package mushrooms Sweet peas or snow peas 1 Package Organic Penne Pasta 2 Gardenburger Patties, cooked and chopped Method: Cook pasta according to package directions. Sauté mushrooms and peas in olive oil with spices, garlic, and onion until done. Set aside. Mash tofu and drain. Pour in skillet and whisk in water and gravy mix until thickened.
