Books on Kudzu Cooking

I just tried searches in both Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble for

" kudzu cooking " and found a wealth of resources for using kudzu.

 

Maybe we can create a revolution with kudzu. After all, we are

vegetarians. We have already helped change the diet in the United States.

You know how I love to experiment. I almost bought

some last month at Whole Foods. I'm sure I can make

something tasty out of it. After all I made some good

recipes out of the radish tops.
