Guest guest
I hope you like it! Once you've tried the formal recipe you can try the shortened version below when you are short on time. There is a way to " hurry up " the recipe. It's not quite as flavorful but it works in a pinch. Make the mashed potatoes. Make the gravy and keep it hot. Put the meat substitute in the gravy and bring to a simmer. Run the peas under the hot water until they are warmed through and add them to the potatoes. Pour the gravy over the potatoes. That's the rushed version. SPOTTED BERNAISE RICE For this meal I mix 3 cups of cooked brown rice with the gravy for the shepard's pie and add the hot-water warmed frozen peas to the mix. That's all there is to it. , " Tina M. Hood " <surmisez wrote: > > Wow. This sounds like gourmet compared to my version of Sheppard's > Pie. I can't wait to try it. > [Original post snipped]
