I usually freeze it then defrost it then press the liquid out then slice and marinate it. Then bake it up. After the freezing adn pressing you can also bread it and either fry or bake it. You can also mash it and add some pickle relish, mayo, mustard, green onions, celery mix it all together and have with crackers. Sometimes when I just don't have the time to freeze, defrost, press and cook I buy tofu that is already bakes. I've never had tofu before and I'd like to try it. Can someone suggest an easy and tasty recipe for tofu combined with other items. What does tofu taste like?
