Guest guest Posted June 11, 2007 Report Share Posted June 11, 2007 Karen.. I used tofu as a tofu scamble in morning with mushrooms, peppers, etc.and herbs for flavoring. Tofu takes on taste of what you are cooking. I add paprika to the scramble and parsley. I also use tofu to stir fry. Stir fry it like you would any other stir fry.
