Oooooooooooo I could eat this just with bread! SO good! The balsamic

makes this sauce rock. My boss gave me 2 1/2 cases of iffy romas and

I got 22 cups of sauce out of 2 batches of Donna's awesome crockpot

sauce. I love my freezer too :)

 

Tip for processing large quantities of toms:

 

Halve them and pop them under the broiler until you can smell them

(approx 10 mins). Let them cool and their little jackets just pop

right off.
