Guest guest Posted June 9, 2007 Report Share Posted June 9, 2007 Vinegared Ginger Slices 2 ozs. ginger 1/4 cup vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar salt Peel and slice ginger as thin as possible. Combine the vinegar, sugar and salt to taste. Heat the liquid mixture to a boil, stirring for 1 minute, to make sure the sugar has dissolved. Place ginger in a bowl and pour hot vinegar on top.
