Ginger Yogurt with Fruit

 

1/2 cup plain yogurt or soy yogurt

2 large ripe bananas

2 tsps. fresh ginger, grated

1 large papaya

1 cup seedless grapes

1/2 cup sliced almonds

 

Blend together yogurt, banana, and ginger in blender. Spoon out meat of papaya

and divide papaya and grapes between two bowls. Mix with blended yogurt and top

with sliced almonds.

For best flavor, make sure you use ripe bananas. Using two large ones makes

this blend thick and rich.

Serves 2.
